Myles Payton serves as the Chief People Officer (CPO) of CrownLink Logistics, where he leads all aspects of people strategy, talent development, and organizational culture. With more than 4.5 years of hands-on operations leadership experience at Amazon, Myles brings a unique and deeply practical perspective to the people-focused side of logistics leadership. His background in managing high-volume operations equips him with a strong understanding of workforce dynamics, team challenges, and the importance of aligning people with performance.
